We come before the Lord with you in agreement, lifting up your precious son to the Father, who loves him even more than we can imagine. The Scriptures remind us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,"* and we claim this promise over your son’s life today. Our God is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals, and we trust in His power to touch every area of your son’s being—body, mind, and spirit.
Yet we also remember that healing is not always immediate or in the way we expect, but we know God’s ways are perfect. His Word assures us in Isaiah 53:5, *"With his stripes we are healed,"* and we stand on the finished work of Christ, who bore our infirmities on the cross. Whether this healing comes through divine intervention, medical care, or the steady renewal of strength, we pray for your son’s complete restoration according to God’s will.
We also pray for protection over him, as Psalm 91:11 declares, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* May the Lord shield him from physical harm, mental distress, and spiritual attacks. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
But we must also ask: Are you, as his parent, covering him in prayer daily? Are you teaching him to seek God’s face and walk in obedience to His Word? Proverbs 22:6 instructs us, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it."* Parenting is a sacred responsibility, and we encourage you to lead by example—praying with him, reading Scripture together, and pointing him to Christ in all things.
Father, we thank You that You hear our prayers because we come in the name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Strengthen this mother’s faith as she trusts You for her son’s well-being. Let her see Your hand at work in his life, and may she give You all the glory. We rebuke any fear, doubt, or anxiety in Jesus’ name, declaring that You are sovereign over every circumstance.
May Your will be done in his life, Lord, and may he grow to know You deeply as his Savior and Lord. We commit him into Your hands, trusting that You who began a good work in him will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
