We understand your heart's cry for your son's healing and protection, and we join you in lifting him up to our Heavenly Father. It is wonderful that you have come to the Lord in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God and find salvation. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray together for your son:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up this precious son to Your throne of grace. We ask that You touch and heal him physically, mentally, and spiritually. Lord, You are our Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We claim Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."
We pray for Your protective hand to be upon him, guarding him from harm and danger. As it is written in Psalm 121:7-8, "Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forth, and forevermore." Surround him with Your love and peace, which surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7.
Father, we also pray that You would draw him closer to You, that he may know You more intimately and walk in Your ways. May he find his strength and refuge in You, as it is written in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your unfailing love. We trust in Your perfect will for this young man's life, and we give You all the glory and honor.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord's will for your son's life and to trust in His perfect plan. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
May the Lord's peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus as you wait upon Him. We will continue to lift you and your son up in prayer, trusting in the Lord's perfect timing and will.
