Healing, protection
We join with you in praying for your son, trusting in the power of Jesus' name for healing and protection. The Bible tells us in James 5:14-15 WEB, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your divine touch for this beloved son. Lord, You know his needs, his struggles, and his pains. We ask that You extend Your healing hand upon him, physically, mentally, and spiritually. By the stripes of Jesus, we declare healing and wholeness over his life.
Surround him with Your love and peace, Lord. Let the blood of Jesus covering his life protect him from all harm and danger. Station Your angels around him to guard him in all his ways. Lord, guide him on the path everlasting, and may Your grace and favor shine upon him.
We also pray for his spiritual growth, that he may know Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior, if he does not already. We pray that he may be filled with the Holy Spirit and walk in the fullness of God's blessings.
Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust in Your promises, and we believe that You are working all things together for his good, because he is called according to Your purpose. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear friend, for the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. Keep trusting in the Lord, for He cares for you and your son. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
