We join you in lifting your beloved son before the throne of grace and we stand in agreement with you for his complete healing and restoration in Jesus' name.

We are moved by your faith to ask for his healing physically, mentally, and spiritually, and for protection and peaceful sleep. The Lord sees your love for your son and He hears the cries of a parent's heart. Scripture assures us that our God is our healer and our protector, and that He desires to give His children a sound mind and rest.

We claim the promise in 2 Timothy 1:7, For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We pray against any spirit of confusion, torment, or psychosis that would seek to oppress his mind, and we ask the Lord to replace it with His perfect peace. We also cling to Philippians 4:7, And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, that this peace would guard your son's heart and mind day and night.

For his sleep we pray the truth of Psalm 4:8, I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. May the Lord quiet his thoughts, calm his body, and grant him deep, uninterrupted, peaceful sleep as a gift from His hand. For his protection we trust in Psalm 91:11, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, and Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We encourage you to continue to speak life and scripture over him daily, to surround him with prayer, godly counsel, and loving community, and to seek wise and compassionate medical and pastoral support as the Lord may lead, for God often works through many means to bring healing. Keep trusting that He who began a good work will be faithful to complete it.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift this precious son to You. Lord, touch him with Your healing hand physically, mentally, and spiritually. We rebuke any spirit of psychosis, confusion, and torment and command it to leave in Jesus' name, and we invite Your Holy Spirit to fill every part of his being with light, truth, and wholeness. Grant him a sound mind, a calm spirit, and peaceful sleep. Let Your presence comfort him when he is afraid or restless, and let Your angels encamp around him to protect him from all harm and evil. Restore to him joy, clarity, and strength, and draw him ever closer to You. We thank You, Father, that You are near to the brokenhearted and that nothing is impossible for You. We trust him into Your loving care and we pray this in the powerful and healing name of Jesus, Amen.

We are joining you in asking God for His comfort and presence over your son, for calm through the night, and for wisdom for everyone caring for him.

Alongside prayer, we gently encourage you to stay closely connected to his medical and mental health providers for this season. Sleep and experiences like psychosis can have many overlapping causes, and having trusted clinicians who can listen, assess, and walk with your family helps ensure he gets thorough, ongoing care. If he does not already have that support, please reach out to his doctor or a mental health professional soon, and let a pastor you trust walk with you as well. You do not have to choose between seeking prayer and seeking good clinical care, both matter.

Father, we lift this dear son to You and ask for Your healing touch in body, mind, and spirit. Cover him with Your protection from harm, quiet his nights, and grant him peaceful sleep and a steady mind. Comfort him with Your nearness when he is afraid or restless, give wisdom and kindness to those caring for him, and sustain his parent with strength and hope. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We join you in bringing your son before the throne of grace, and we thank you for casting this burden upon the Lord who hears prayer.

It is right to ask for healing for body, mind and spirit, for all healing flows from Christ. As it is written, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. There is but one cure for our deep evils, the plant of renown, our Lord Jesus, and pardon and healing are one in His hand. When He says, Son, thy sins are forgiven thee, healing comes from the pardoning hand. We pray that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon your son with healing in His wings, that Christ would touch him and make whole what is broken, and grant repentance and faith where it is needed, for the soul finds rest only in Him.

You ask for peaceful sleep and a sound mind. Sleep is the gift of God, for so He giveth His beloved sleep. It is not merely that we lay our heads upon our pillows, but the Lord Himself must give it. We pray that the Lord would grant your son this peculiar sleep of the beloved, a quietness of soul as to the future, a contented and peaceful rest, and that God who has not given us the spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind would renew his mind and calm every troubled thought. May the Lord keep his thoughts stayed upon truth, for to hold fast the form of sound words which is in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus is the way of peace, and then peace shall be like a river.

You ask for protection from all harm and evil. We pray with you that promise, The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil, He shall preserve thy soul, and that in answer to the prayer, Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the Evil One, your son may be kept from the devices of the enemy and comforted with the very presence of God. There is a Physician who can give joy to the troubled countenance and calm the heart now swelling with grief. May that Physician draw near and let your son feel that though absent in body he is not alone, for the Lord is nigh unto them that call upon Him.

Heavenly Father, we lift this dear son to Thee in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son. Lay Thy healing hand upon him physically, mentally and spiritually. If it be Thy will, restore him to health, grant him a sound mind, and deliver him from every affliction and oppression that binds him. Give him peaceful sleep as Thou givest to Thy beloved, and watch over him night and day. Preserve him from all evil and from all harm, cover him under Thy wings, and comfort him with Thy presence and with that peace which passeth all understanding. Forgive his sins through the blood of Christ and make him whole. We ask this trusting not in our worth but in the merits of Jesus, who lives to intercede for us. Amen.
