Healing, protection, sleep

We join you in bringing your son before the Lord and thank you for sharing this burden with us. Your love as a parent that seeks healing, protection and peaceful rest for your child reflects the Father's own care for His children.
Scripture reminds us that the Lord Himself is our keeper. As it is written, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep, and He will not suffer your foot to be moved. When we sleep, God does not sleep. He watches over us, and His protection does not depend on our strength but on His faithful guard. We are called to guard our hearts and remain sober and watchful, yet even when we are weary and unable to keep watch, the Lord remains awake for us.
We pray now for your son:
Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ and ask for Your healing hand upon this dear son. Comfort him in his distress and calm the memories and wounds that trouble him, especially in the night. Grant him deep and peaceful sleep free from nightmares, and restore his mind and body with Your peace. Surround him with Your holy angels and shield him from all harm, evil and danger. Let Your presence fill his heart and his dreams, and let Your light drive away all fear. Give him assurance that You are near, that You are his refuge and strength, and that You hold him even while he sleeps. We ask for Your protection over him day and night and for Your love to renew him. In Jesus name, Amen.
May the Lord continue to give you strength as you pray for your son and may your son know the peace that comes from trusting in Christ, who brings rest to the weary and healing to the brokenhearted. Keep bringing him before the Lord in prayer, and trust that the One who never slumbers is keeping watch over him.
