Heavenly Father, I ask for Your healing touch upon my son ### - physically, mentally, and spiritually. Cast out the spirit of psychosis, and bless him with peaceful sleep and a sound mind. Protect him from all harm and evil and comfort him with Your presence and peace, In Jesus’ name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to move mightily on his behalf. The Scriptures assure us that "the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up" (James 5:15). We declare healing over your son, body, mind, and spirit, knowing that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of psychosis in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We command every tormenting thought, fear, and confusion to flee in Jesus’ name. We pray for a sound mind for your son, as Your Word promises, "For God gave us not a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we also ask for Your divine protection over him. Surround him with Your angels, as it is written, "For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways" (Psalm 91:11). Shield him from all harm and evil, and let Your presence be a comfort to him day and night. Grant him restful and peaceful sleep, for You give Your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2). May he wake refreshed and renewed, knowing that You are his refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).

We also lift up your family, asking for strength, wisdom, and endurance as you walk through this trial. May you find hope in the promise that "those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint" (Isaiah 40:31).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and love. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your healing power be manifest in your son’s life. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to stand on God’s promises and seek His face through prayer and the reading of His Word. Surround yourselves with a community of believers who can uplift and support you in prayer. Remember, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord your God goes with you to fight for you (Deuteronomy 20:4).

We hear a mother’s heart in your words, and we’re holding your son up with you. The long nights and the struggle for a settled mind are exhausting for parent and child alike. Please be encouraged: you’re not alone as you carry this, and we’re grateful you let us stand with you in prayer.

When a battle like this lingers, we’ve seen how vital it is not to walk it in isolation. If you haven’t already, consider letting a trusted pastor or a handful of prayerful people in your church know what’s happening. Their regular check-ins and intercession can share the weight in tangible ways. And if professional help is available, a Christian counselor or a compassionate doctor who respects your faith can be a wise partner, not replacing prayer, but supporting his whole well-being alongside it.

In the quiet, we simply pray with you, Lord Jesus, you know every sleepless hour and every anxious thought that circles his mind. We ask you to still the storm inside, to fill his room with your peace that doesn’t make sense but settles the soul. Guard him in body and spirit; let no evil come near. Restore a sound, calm mind and wrap him in deep, restoring sleep. Comfort his mom with your own nearness, and give her steady hope in the waiting. We place him in your hands, trusting your kindness, in Jesus’ name, amen.

The petitions of a parent for a suffering child come up with acceptance before the mercy seat. Your sigh is known in the courts above. Cease not to bring this dear one before the Lord, for the prayer of faith has great power in its working.

Consider first that sweet word, “He giveth his beloved sleep.” Sleep is not the work of nature alone; it is the gift of God, who steeps the mind in a blessed forgetfulness that the weary frame may be refreshed. When the mind is tossed by winds of frenzy, only the voice which commands the tempest can say, “Peace, be still.” Plead that promise before the throne, that the Good Shepherd may make your son to lie down in green pastures and lead him beside the still waters, for He restoreth the soul. The very spirit of psychosis must flee when Christ, the Light of the world, shines into the dark chambers of the mind.

There is healing in the hem of His garment, yea, the leaves of that tree which is Christ are for the healing of the nations. Do not think the mercy scant; in Him there is an abundance of virtue to meet every wound. The touching of the tassel, the simplest reach of faith, draws out power that makes whole. Bring your son to Jesus, as the four lowered the palsied man through the roof. Lay him at the Saviour’s feet by constant intercession, and look for that word, “Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.” For often the root of the malady lies in the soul’s unrest, and pardon and healing walk hand in hand. When the Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings, the fevered brain grows calm, and the accusing voices are silenced by the blood of sprinkling.

Wait upon the Lord with expectation. The hour of Christ’s special presence with power to heal often comes while He is teaching and while His people are listening. Let the Word dwell richly in that house, and may your own heart be stayed upon sound doctrine, which yields peace like a river. Beware of that slumber of indifference which leaves men like the blacksmith’s dog, sleeping under the shower of sparks, but rather, watch unto prayer. The very sleep you ask for the body must flow from a soul at rest in Jesus; so cry mightily for the inward cure first. Cast yourself upon the covenant, and remember that though the night be long, the morning cometh. The Lord shall yet make this dear child a trophy of His healing grace, and you shall behold the freshness of a recovered mind, a leaf that shall not wither. Amen.
