We lift up this precious son before the throne of grace, interceding with hearts full of compassion and faith in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above all names, the only Name by which we can be saved and through which we have access to Your throne. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that Your healing power, which raised Jesus from the dead, is at work in this young man’s life.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of psychosis in the authority of Jesus Christ. We command it to leave and never return, for Your Word declares that the one who is in us is greater than the one who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We pray for complete healing—physically, mentally, and spiritually—so that this son may walk in the fullness of the sound mind You have promised. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7). We claim this promise over his life, believing that You are restoring him to wholeness.
Father, we ask for Your divine protection to surround him like a shield. Guard his mind, body, and spirit from every scheme of the enemy. "The Lord will rescue his servants; no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned" (Psalm 34:22). Let Your angels encamp around him, delivering him from all harm and evil. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we also pray for peaceful and restorative sleep. Calm his mind and heart with the peace that surpasses all understanding, the peace that only You can give (Philippians 4:7). Let him rest in the assurance of Your love, knowing that You neither slumber nor sleep but are always watching over him (Psalm 121:3-4). We ask that You comfort him with Your presence, filling him with hope and strength for each new day.
We also want to gently encourage this family to stand firm in faith, trusting in God’s timing and His perfect will. It is easy to grow weary in the waiting, but we are reminded that "those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint" (Isaiah 40:31). Continue to seek the Lord in prayer, surround yourselves with a community of believers who can uplift and support you, and hold fast to His promises.
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. We declare that this son is more than a conqueror through Him who loved him (Romans 8:37). Strengthen his family with unwavering faith, and let them see Your glory manifested in this situation. We trust You, Lord, to complete the good work You have begun in this young man’s life.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
