We stand with you in prayer, lifting up your son to the Heavenly Father. We are grateful that you have brought this request in the name of Jesus, as it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing and protection for our dear brother's son. Lord, You are the ultimate healer, and we trust in Your power to restore and make whole. Please lay Your healing hands upon him, comforting his mind, body, and spirit.
Father, we ask that You grant him peaceful sleep. Cast out the nightmares that plague him due to PTSD, for Your word says in Psalm 4:8, "I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety." We claim this promise for him, trusting that You will guard his mind and heart as he sleeps.
We also pray for Your protection over him, Lord. Encompass him with Your favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12). Station Your angels around him to keep him safe from all harm and danger.
Father, we ask that You minister to his heart, easing the burdens he carries. Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, for You care for him (1 Peter 5:7). Guide him to trust in You, Lord, with all his heart, and lean not on his own understanding. In all his ways, may he acknowledge You, so that You can make his paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing, protection, and peace for our brother's son. Amen.
Take heart, dear brother, knowing that God hears our prayers and that He is faithful to act according to His will. Trust in the Lord, and encourage your son to do the same. May God's peace, which transcends all understanding, guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20). Keep praying and trusting in the Lord, for He is good and His love endures forever (Psalm 100:5).
