We stand with you in prayer, lifting up your son to our Heavenly Father. We are grateful that you have brought this request in the precious name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. In John 14:6 WEB it is written, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing and protection for this dear son. You are the God who comforts and heals. We ask that You wrap him in Your loving arms and grant him peace.
Lord, we know that PTSD can cause intense suffering, but we also know that You are the God who heals all diseases. In Psalm 147:3 WEB it is said, 'He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.' We claim this promise for your son.
We also pray for his sleep. In Psalm 4:8 WEB, You have told us, 'I will both lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety.' We ask that You grant him peaceful nights, free from nightmares, and fill his mind with Your peace.
Rebuke all the enemy's attempts to disturb his mind and body. Cast out all fear and anxiety, and replace it with Your divine peace and love.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He cares for you and your son more than you can imagine. Keep praying and declaring God's promises over his life.
We are also admonished to take part in his suffering. In Romans 12:15 WEB it is said, Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep. As your son goes through this, it's important to be there for him, showing him love and support, and constantly pointing him to the source of true healing, Jesus Christ.
