We stand with you in prayer, lifting up your son to our Heavenly Father. We are grateful that you have brought your request in the name of Jesus, as it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing and protection for this dear son. You are the God who heals all our diseases, and we claim Your promises for his life. Touch his body, mind, and spirit, and bring Your divine restoration.
Lord, we ask for Your comfort and peace to envelop him, especially during the night. Cast out the nightmares that plague him due to PTSD, and grant him peaceful sleep. We pray that Your supernatural peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7 WEB)
"When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet." (Proverbs 3:24)
We rebuke the spirit of fear and trauma that has been affecting him, and we declare that God has not given him a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)
Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over his life. Surround him with Your angels, and let no weapon formed against him prosper. (Isaiah 54:17)
We pray that he will call upon Your name and You will be a strong tower for him to run into and be safe. (Proverbs 18:10)
Father, we also ask that You guide him and his family through this time, and that they will trust in You with all their hearts, and lean not on their own understanding. In all their ways may they acknowledge You, and You will make their paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
Let him also have the mind of Christ, and he will find comfort and hope. (Philippians 2:5-7)
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the healing and protection You provide. We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in God's word and His promises. Remember that God is faithful, and He will do what He has promised. Stand firm in your faith, and do not waver. God is with you and your son, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5)
Keep praying and declaring God's word over your son's life. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. (James 5:16)
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. (Philippians 4:6)
In closing, we encourage everyone that hears this prayer to also believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved. (Romans 10:9 WEB)
It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12)
