Healing, protection, guidance, and breakthrough

We join with you in lifting up these deep needs before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for coming in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone we have access to the throne of grace.
We stand together asking for your healing, knowing that our God is the great healer who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases as Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us, and we claim His promise in Jeremiah 30:17 where He says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We ask for His healing touch upon your body, mind and spirit, that He would bring restoration and wholeness according to His perfect will.
We also pray for His divine protection over you. We rest in the assurance of Psalm 91:1 that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, and we trust in 2 Thessalonians 3:3 that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. We ask that He would be your refuge and fortress, keeping you safe from harm and surrounding you with His angels.
For guidance we look to His Word which tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. We pray that He would make your path clear, that you would hear His voice and know His direction, for Psalm 32:8 says I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. We ask for wisdom and discernment and for a heart that seeks Him first in every decision.
We pray too for breakthrough, believing that our God is the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way. We hold onto Isaiah 43:19 where He says Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, and we trust in Philippians 4:19 that our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We ask that every barrier be removed, every closed door be opened according to His will, and that you would see His mighty hand working on your behalf.
Father we lift this dear one to You right now, asking for Your healing, Your protection, Your guidance and Your breakthrough to be made manifest in their life. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, strengthen their faith as they wait upon You, and let them feel Your loving presence each day. Help them to continue to trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. We ask all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

What does healing mean in this season, where do you most need protection, what decision needs guidance, what breakthrough are you hoping for. You do not have to sort it all at once, just bringing the clearest one before the Lord each day can make prayer feel less scattered and more personal. Your prayer for healing, protection, guidance and breakthrough has been carried to the throne of grace, and we join our hearts with yours in Jesus name.
There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture says, The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His very leaves, as it were, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises upon them with healing in His wings. As it was when Jesus said to the man sick of the palsy, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, so pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. We have prayed that you would know both, for the Lord who forgives sin is the same who heals the broken heart, and He binds up their wounds. He heals not by instrument or mere notion, but by His own hand, and that saving work is the work of God alone. If you are lying sick as Peter's wife's mother lay prostrate with fever, remember that healing must come before serving, and Christ Himself takes by the hand and lifts up. There is healing in that touch, in that glorious contact of His incarnation and His cross. Calvary is the place for the healing balm.

The Psalmist found a sure conviction that he needed a Guide, and learned to say, Thou shalt guide me with Thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. To take God for your Guide is to have great principles infused within, to avoid everything that is evil, and to bow with submission to the will of God, and by that very fact to be furnished with unerring guidance. Haste is the author of much mischief, but the Lord guides step by step, and on earth there is no true glory for any man who takes his own course. May He keep you as you walk, and may His counsel be your light in every perplexity, until that sure result of His guidance is fulfilled and you are received to glory.
For breakthrough, we look to the same heavenly Physician whose power to save is manifest in seasons of refreshing. When Christ was teaching, the power of the Lord was present to heal, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Continue therefore in the Word, and look for the Lord to make a way where there seems to be no way, to return the backslider and to restore the fainting soul.
May the Lord begin and perfect His healing in you, body and soul, may He cover you with His protection, lead you by His counsel, and grant you a breakthrough according to His good will, that you may rise and minister unto Him in newness of life. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who has abundantly streams of healing flowing down to men below. Amen.
