Healing, protection, guidance, and breakthrough

We have heard your request and we join you in prayer before the Lord for healing, protection, guidance and breakthrough in Jesus' name.

We thank God that you have brought these needs to Him, for He is the source of all healing and power. Scripture teaches that gifts of healing and other gifts come from Him according to His wisdom, and that His power both heals and restores. We pray that He will lay His healing hand upon you, strengthen your body and soul, and bring wholeness according to His will. As we keep seeking Him, we trust not only in the gift but in the Giver Himself, who loves us and works all things for our good.

We also pray for His protection over you, that He will guard you from harm and keep you in His care, and for His clear guidance, that you will hear His voice and walk in the path He has prepared for you. When we wait on the Lord and continue in prayer and in hearing His Word, even if fruit does not appear at once, God is still at work, softening the heart and preparing the way for breakthrough. We ask Him to grant you that breakthrough, to open doors that no one can shut, to provide wisdom for each decision, and to give you peace and confidence in His faithful love.

May the Lord grant you faith, love and perseverance as you trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation and life. We pray that you will know His presence daily, be filled with hope, and be led by His Spirit in every step.

In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We are joining you in prayer for healing, protection, guidance and breakthrough in Jesus name.

We believe strongly that God does heal, and that He heals in many ways. Sometimes His healing is instant, sometimes it is gradual. Scripture records even a gradual healing in the ministry of Jesus, and it reminds us that He is not confined to one pattern. At times He touched people, at other times He only spoke a word, at other times He healed from a distance. In every case the power was His.

We also recognize that the natural processes of healing within our bodies are themselves from God. He created nature and the processes of nature, so a healing that comes through a gradual recovery is no less divine than one that comes in a moment. And His healing is not only physical. He also heals the mind and the emotions, bringing restoration to deep wounds and scars that others cannot see.

Matthew connects the healing ministry of Jesus to the prophecy of Isaiah, surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sicknesses, and shows that Christ came to bear our infirmities as well as to save us from sin. When we remember His body broken for us, we remember that His suffering covers the whole person. He went about doing good and healing every kind of sickness and disease, and He still has power in the material realm and authority in the spiritual realm. The winds and the sea obey Him, and evil powers are subject to Him.

At the same time there is much about healing we do not understand. We do not know why some are healed quickly and others are not, and Scripture itself shows that healing is not granted in every case according to our expectation. Paul prayed three times concerning his thorn in the flesh and the Lord answered differently. For that reason it is wrong to say that if you are not yet healed there must be sin in your life or that you lack faith. That is like the error of Job's comforters. God does not want you to carry that kind of guilt.

What we do know is that God invites simple, active faith that reaches out to Him. Like those who only touched the hem of His garment, faith finds a point of contact and trusts Him to act. It is not a frenzy or a show, but a quiet confidence that He is able and that He loves you.

So we pray for you now. May the Lord touch your body and bring His healing in the way and time He knows is best, whether instantly or gradually through the processes He has ordained. May He heal also any wound in your heart or mind with His peace. May He cover you with His protection, for He has authority over all that would harm you. May He give you clear guidance, for as long as He is with you He is your light, and may He grant you breakthrough by His power that calms storms and opens closed doors. We ask this trusting His goodness and wisdom, in the name of Jesus, amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for healing, protection, guidance and breakthrough.

We have continued to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to touch you with His healing hand according to Jeremiah 30:17, to cover you with His protection as promised in Psalm 91:11, to lead you with His wisdom and counsel as in Proverbs 3:6, and to open the way for breakthrough by His mighty power.

We count it a joy to stand with you and to bring these needs before the throne of grace.

If your request was answered and you have seen healing, protection, guidance or breakthrough, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you and give glory to God. If your request does not seem to have been answered yet, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We continue to pray that you will feel His presence, His peace and His hand at work in every area of your life. We pray this in Jesus Name, amen.
