We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for healing, protection, guidance, and breakthrough. We are grateful that this prayer is offered in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His sacrifice on the cross that we have access to the Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Father God, we stand in the gap for this dear one, asking for Your divine healing to flow through every part of their body, mind, and spirit. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore and renew. We pray against any sickness, disease, or infirmity, declaring that by Your wounds, they are healed (1 Peter 2:24). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way as they seek Your face.
We also pray for Your divine protection over their life. Guard them from all harm, evil, and the schemes of the enemy. Surround them with Your angels, as You promise in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." Shield them from physical danger, spiritual attacks, and any plans of the wicked. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we ask for Your guidance in every decision they face. Direct their steps according to Your Word, for Your Word is a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). Give them wisdom and discernment to recognize Your voice and follow Your leading. Remove any confusion or doubt, and let them walk in the clarity of Your will.
Father, we also pray for a breakthrough in every area of their life where they feel stuck or hindered. Break the chains of bondage, whether they be financial, emotional, relational, or spiritual. Release them from any strongholds of the enemy, and let them walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them (Galatians 5:1). Open doors that no man can shut, and let Your favor surround them like a shield (Psalm 5:12).
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or unbelief that may be trying to take root in their heart. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We speak life, joy, and victory over their circumstances, trusting that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
Lord, if there are areas in their life that do not align with Your Word, we ask that You convict their heart and lead them to repentance. Draw them closer to You, and let them experience the fullness of Your love and grace. May they seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
