Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing your heart and allowing us to pray with you for healing, for protection, and for financial provision. God cares for the whole person, both soul and body, and it is right to bring every need to Him in the name of Jesus.
You mentioned healing, and Scripture gives us a beautiful picture of the Lord's compassion. In one of his letters, the apostle John writes to a dear friend that he wishes he may prosper and be in health even as his soul prospers. That was a loving personal greeting, not a blanket guarantee that every believer will always be healthy, but it does show us something true. God is concerned for your health, and there is a real connection between the well being of the soul and the well being of the body. Even our attitudes and inner peace can affect our physical health, because God made us as whole persons.
The Gospels show Jesus healing with great tenderness and power. He cleansed a man with leprosy, He healed the servant of a centurion without even going to his house, He lifted Peter's mother in law from a fever, and in the evening many who were sick or oppressed were brought to Him and He healed them. Matthew tells us this was in fulfillment of what Isaiah had spoken, that He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. When Jesus took the bread at the table and said this is My body which is broken for you, He was pointing to what He would bear for us. That includes both spiritual and physical need. He has authority in the physical realm over disease, in the material realm over wind and waves, and in the spiritual realm over evil powers, and they obey Him.
We do believe God still heals today. Sometimes He heals instantly with a word or a touch, sometimes He heals gradually through a process over time, and sometimes He works through the natural healing processes He built into our bodies. All healing is from Him, whether it comes quickly or slowly, because He is the one who created the body and its ability to recover. At the same time there is much we do not understand. The apostle Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh to be removed and the Lord answered differently, showing that His grace and purpose were at work in another way. Not everyone is healed in the way or time we hope, and we do not know all the reasons why. It would be wrong to tell you that if healing is delayed it must be because of secret sin or because you lack faith. That is not what Scripture teaches, and it only adds burden like the friends of Job did. We can trust His love and wisdom even while we keep asking.
God also shows His care in very practical ways. From the beginning He has given guidance about caring for the body, about what we eat and about cleanliness to prevent disease. While we are not under the old dietary laws as a means of righteousness, the principle remains that the Lord is interested in how we steward our bodies. Doing what we can to live wisely, to eat well, to rest, and to keep our lives clean and orderly honors Him and supports health, and we can ask Him for wisdom in those daily choices.
For protection, you can rest in the same authority of Jesus. He commands spiritual powers and they must obey. When you belong to Him, you are kept in His hand, and you can ask Him daily to guard you and your household from harm and from the work of the enemy.
For financial need, God sees that burden too. Scripture shows believers in Jerusalem who knew real poverty and trial, and it also shows how God moved others to give with joy to meet that need. The Lord does not want us to be manipulated by pressure or by promises that if we give a certain amount we will get a breakthrough. He wants honest trust, prayer, faithful work, wise stewardship, and a generous heart as He provides. He knows what you need and He is able to open doors for provision in His timing.

Father, in the name of Jesus we lift up this dear one to You. You know every health concern, every pain and worry about the body, and we ask for Your healing touch. Whether by Your instant power or through the gradual healing You have woven into our bodies and through the help of doctors and good care, please bring strength and restoration according to Your will. Give peace to the mind and soul, and let that peace help bring health to the body. We ask for Your protection over life and home, keeping from evil and danger by the authority of Jesus who has overcome all spiritual powers. And we ask for Your provision in finances, that You would supply what is needed, give wisdom for stewardship, open opportunities for work and help, and give faith to trust You day by day. Above all, cause the soul to prosper in fellowship with Christ, knowing forgiveness and hope through His cross and resurrection. We commit these needs to Your loving care and ask You to work for good in every area, in Jesus name, amen.
