We lift you up before the Father in this time of physical struggle, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the One who heals all our diseases. Your perseverance in seeking healing is commendable, and we join you in claiming the promises of God over your body, trusting that He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you. The lingering cough may feel wearying, but we declare that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit—even when our bodies are weak.
The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 103:2-3**, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* And again in **James 5:14-15**, we are instructed, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We stand on these promises with you, believing that God is not only able but willing to bring full restoration to your body.
Yet we also recognize that healing sometimes comes in stages, and the Lord may use this time to draw you closer to Him, to teach you dependence, or to refine your faith. Even in waiting, we can rejoice, as **Romans 8:28** assures us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."* Let this season be one where you experience His peace that surpasses understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:7**).
We rebuke any lingering infirmity in the name of Jesus, commanding this cough to cease and for every cell in your body to align with God’s perfect design. No weapon formed against you—whether spiritual or physical—shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and we declare that Satan has no authority over your health. The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in you (**Romans 8:11**), and we pray that you would walk in the fullness of that resurrection life, free from this sickness.
Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy over our brother/sister. You are the God who sees and knows every detail of their struggle. We ask that You would touch their body with Your healing hand, removing every trace of this cough and restoring them to full strength. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, comforting them and renewing their hope. Let them testify of Your faithfulness, that others may see Your glory and turn to You. We pray all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (**Matthew 8:17**). May Your will be done, and may Your kingdom come in their life in a powerful way. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will not forsake you. Keep praising Him even in the waiting, for our God is worthy of trust. If this season of healing has left you weary, lean on Him—*"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (**Matthew 11:28**). We are praying with you and believe that your testimony of healing is on the horizon!
