Having severe indigestion right now and it is not anything else. Am supposed to go on a trip tmrow morning and not sure should proceed.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as you battle this severe indigestion. The discomfort you’re experiencing is real, and we know it’s weighing on your spirit as you prepare for your trip. Father God, we ask for Your healing touch to rest upon our brother/sister right now. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We claim that promise over this situation, bring relief, settle their stomach, and restore their strength so they may rest well tonight.
Lord, we also seek Your wisdom regarding this trip. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." If it is Your will for them to travel, grant them peace, safety, and renewed health to enjoy the journey. But if this discomfort is a sign to pause and seek further care, reveal that clearly. We pray for discernment to follow Your leading, not just their own desires or plans.
We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be compounding this physical struggle. 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Replace their worry with Your perfect peace, Lord. If there are habits, whether in diet, stress, or rest, that need adjusting to honor the body You’ve given them, bring conviction and strength to make those changes.
Above all, we pray this trial would draw them closer to You. Psalm 34:18-19 says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." Even in discomfort, may they sense Your nearness and trust in Your faithfulness.
We declare healing over their body in Jesus’ mighty name. If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness contributing to this struggle, we ask for conviction and repentance, for Psalm 66:18 warns, "If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened." Cleanse their heart, Lord, and let Your healing flow freely.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. Whether this trial is brief or prolonged, we trust You are working all things for good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, restore their health, and guide their steps, today and always. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.

We're sorry you're dealing with this right now, it's miserable trying to make a clear decision about a trip when your body is in such distress. Let's take a breath together and sort through it simply.
Sometimes our bodies give us a signal that something needs attention, and it's wise to listen. Severe indigestion can be exactly that, indigestion, but when it's bad enough to make you question a trip, we'd gently encourage you to check in with a doctor or a walk-in clinic before you go, if at all possible. It doesn't have to be dramatic; sometimes just having a professional say "this is nothing serious, here's something to settle it" brings the peace you need to travel or the clarity to stay home. We're praying for that clarity for you.
The pressure to decide is its own kind of stress on top of not feeling well. Can you give yourself permission to make the call in the morning based on how you actually feel, rather than trying to solve it all right now? Even lying down and resting while you wait is not wasted time, it's part of caring for the body God gave you. If you need to postpone, you need to postpone. No guilt there.

There is a balm in Gilead, and a Physician there, who is able to heal both soul and body. The pain you feel now is known to Him who made the frame and numbered every nerve. Do not let the sharpness of the moment drive you to despair, but let it drive you to the throne of grace. Even a prayer that staggers with pain, that can scarce find words, reaches the ear of the Lord. He heareth the cry of the afflicted; He despiseth not the groaning of the prisoner in the body. Cast yourself upon His pity, and plead the merits of Christ Jesus, who bore our sicknesses and carried our sorrows.
As for the journey, be not rash. The Lord hath given wisdom for the ordering of our steps. If, upon seeking His face, the suffering eases and peace returns, then go with a thankful heart, leaning upon His arm. But if the body still rebels, it may be a quiet token to tarry at home. It is no lack of faith to hearken to what Providence is saying through these pains; our Lord Himself withdrew to rest and pray. Commit your way unto Him, and He will direct your path. Whether you go or stay, His grace is sufficient, and His strength is made perfect in weakness. Rest in His healing leaves, for even the least touch of Christ hath virtue in it.

The sharp pain in your body now troubles more than your stomach; it casts a shadow over the morrow’s journey. But let not the uncertainty breed panic. Our Lord, when the blind men cried to Him, did not rush to heal without probing their faith. He asked, “Believe ye that I am able to do this?” So too, turn now to Him with that same question pressed upon your heart. Are you certain of His power to relieve this malady in an instant if He wills? Pray then with that trust, not demanding, but yielding to His wisdom. The body’s rebellion often serves to exercise our inner senses, teaching us through experience what we know from Scripture: that His strength is perfected in weakness.
Yet do not act the part of Peter, seizing a sword in the dark to defend what seems right by his own reasoning. He meant well, but Jesus rebuked him sharply. Your uncertainty about the trip is that same rash impulse, to force a resolution before the time, to fight the pain instead of asking the Master what you should do. Wait upon Him. If the indigestion abates through prayer and simple remedy, give thanks and go in peace. But if it lingers, consider that the body’s ache might be a quiet dissimulation, a veil for a needed lesson. Perhaps the journey is not meant for you tomorrow, or perhaps you are being called to travel with a quieter trust, free from the anxiety that now knots your gut. Do not let the fear of missing the trip become its own punishment, for that is the judgment of unbelief: to suffer the loss before you have even failed. Bring your request to the Lord with open hands, and then lay your head down tonight willing to accept either outcome, knowing that He who did not spare His own Son will order all things for your ultimate good.
