We stand with you in faith, lifting your request for healing before our Heavenly Father, who is the Great Physician and our ultimate Healer. It is His will that we come to Him with our burdens, our fears, and our deepest needs, and we are encouraged by the words of James 5:14-15, which says, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We claim this promise over you today, trusting that God is faithful to hear and answer our prayers according to His perfect will.
We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:7-8, *"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."* You have come before the Lord with a sincere heart, asking for healing, and we believe He hears you. Your request for a cancer-free PET scan and the restoration of your body aligns with God’s desire for our well-being, and we join you in seeking His miraculous touch.
Yet, as we pray, we also remind you that healing may come in ways we do not expect—whether through medical means, a gradual restoration, or even through the peace that surpasses all understanding as you walk through this trial. God’s ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect. If there is any sin in your life, we encourage you to confess it before Him, for Psalm 66:18 tells us, *"If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened."* Repentance opens the door for God’s full work in our lives, and we pray you are walking in righteousness before Him.
We must also address that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom all our prayers must be offered. Jesus Himself said in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved or through which we can approach the Father. If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Salvation comes through faith in Him alone—believing that He died for your sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Without this foundation, our prayers lack the power and authority that come only through His name.
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today with humble and expectant hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You are the God who parts the seas, who raises the dead, and who heals all manner of sickness. We ask that You would place Your hand upon them and command every cancerous cell in their body to be eradicated in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, we pray for a cancer-free PET scan that brings glory to Your name and testifies to Your power and goodness.
Restorer of all things, we ask that You would restore their body to full health—strengthening their bones, renewing their organs, and filling them with Your supernatural energy and vitality. Let every system in their body function as You designed it to, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we also pray for their mind and spirit. Replace any fear or anxiety with Your perfect peace, and fill them with an unshakable trust in Your sovereignty.
If there is any area of their life that is not aligned with Your will, we ask that You would convict them by Your Holy Spirit and lead them to repentance. Cleanse them from all unrighteousness and draw them closer to You through this trial. Father, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20), and so we place this request at Your feet, trusting in Your goodness.
We pray all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who bore our sicknesses and carried our pains on the cross (Isaiah 53:4-5). Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and may this situation bring You all the honor and praise. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily through prayer, reading His Word, and surrounding yourself with a community of believers who can support and uplift you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Whether the healing comes swiftly or gradually, know that God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Stay steadfast in faith, and may the Lord’s peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We are standing with you in this fight, believing for your complete restoration.
