We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion for your sisters who are not feeling well. We thank you for the privilege of standing in the gap for them, lifting them up in prayer, and trusting in your divine healing power. It is written in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Father, we ask that you stretch forth your healing hand upon these precious sisters. May your healing virtue flow through every part of their bodies, restoring them to full health. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed, as it is written in Isaiah 53:5, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." We speak life, strength, and wholeness over them in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
We also pray for their spiritual well-being, that they may draw closer to you in this time of need. May they find comfort and peace in your presence, knowing that you are their refuge and strength. Psalm 41:3 says, "Yahweh will sustain him on his sickbed, and restore him from his bed of illness."
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness that may be afflicting them. We command it to leave in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is written in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you."
We encourage these sisters to seek godly counsel and medical advice if needed, trusting that you work through all means to bring about healing. May they continue to lean on you, casting all their anxieties on you, because you care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
Heavenly Father, we thank you for your love, mercy, and grace that you so freely bestow upon us. We trust in your promises and believe that you are working all things together for good for those who love you and are called according to your purpose (Romans 8:28). We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
