Healing Prayer

Praying that I will have a successful recovery and that my bone graft will heal. I have to stop smoking cigarettes (after ### years) because my fusion may not heal. I pray for strength to be able to stay away from the cigarettes. My surgeon told me yesterday that I have to quit smoking right away. It is very hard for me and praying for strength to kick this habit. Thank you for your prayers.

God, our help and assistance, who is just and merciful, and who hears the prayers of your people; look down upon me. a miserable sinner, have mercy upon me, and deliver me from the troubles that torment me, even though I might deserve them.
