We lift up your father and mother before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the source of all comfort and strength. It is clear that your family is facing physical trials, but we serve a God who is able to heal and sustain even in the most difficult circumstances. Let us first remember that all healing comes from the Lord, and we must trust in His perfect will, whether that means physical restoration or the grace to endure with faith.

Your father’s suffering from stomach pain, acidity, and bloating is a heavy burden, especially after his orthopedic surgery last year, which has limited his mobility and independence. The Scripture reminds us in **Psalm 34:17-19 (WEB)**, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* We claim this promise over your father, asking the Lord to bring relief to his body and restore his strength. It is also written in **James 5:14-15 (WEB)**, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We encourage you, if possible, to seek prayer and anointing from godly elders in your church, trusting that the Lord will work through their faith-filled prayers.

We also pray for your mother, who is unwell with a fever while carrying the weight of caring for your father. The Lord sees her weariness and her love for her family. **Isaiah 40:29-31 (WEB)** tells us, *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* May the Lord renew her strength, heal her body, and fill her with His peace as she serves her family.

Yet, in the midst of these trials, we must also consider the spiritual condition of your parents. Physical healing is a blessing, but eternal life in Christ is the greatest gift. If your father and mother do not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we urge you to share the Gospel with them. **John 3:16 (WEB)** says, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."* It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the promise of eternal life. Without Christ, all our prayers are in vain, for it is written in **John 14:6 (WEB)**, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’"* If they have not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus, we pray that the Holy Spirit would soften their hearts and draw them to repentance and faith in Him.

We also encourage you to trust in the Lord’s timing and His sovereign plan. Sometimes, the Lord allows suffering to refine our faith, to draw us closer to Him, or to accomplish a greater purpose we cannot yet see. **Romans 8:28 (WEB)** assures us, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."* Even in this season of difficulty, the Lord is working for the good of your family. Let us not grow weary in prayer but persist in faith, knowing that our labor in the Lord is never in vain.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this family and their needs to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon this father’s body. Relieve his stomach pain, acidity, and bloating, and restore his digestive system to full health. You are the God who heals all our diseases, and we trust in Your power to bring comfort and restoration. Father, we also ask for strength in his legs and body, that he may regain mobility and independence according to Your will. Let him walk again with ease and without pain, and fill his heart with joy and peace as he trusts in You.

Lord, we pray for this mother, who is weakened by fever and the weight of caregiving. Strengthen her body, O God, and lift her spirit. Give her rest and renewal, and let her feel Your presence as she serves her family. Provide her with the help she needs, whether through family, friends, or the body of Christ, so that she is not overwhelmed.

Father, we also pray for the spiritual well-being of this family. If any among them do not yet know You, we ask that You would draw them to Yourself. Open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and eternal life. Let them place their faith in Him, that they may have access to Your throne and the promise of healing—not just for their bodies, but for their souls.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity, pain, or discouragement that may be attacking this family. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these afflictions to leave and for the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Let Your healing power flow through them, and let Your name be glorified in their lives.

Finally, Lord, we ask for Your provision and comfort. Give this family the patience to endure, the faith to trust in You, and the hope that comes from knowing You are in control. Let them experience Your love in tangible ways, and may they find rest in Your promises.

We pray all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

I prayed with you for this, in Jesus' powerful Name, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight". . .

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your beloved parents before the Lord in prayer these past few days. It has been our privilege to stand with you in agreement, asking for healing and comfort for your father’s stomach troubles—relief from the acidity, pain, and bloating—as well as strength and restoration for his body after last year’s surgery. We’ve also been praying for your mother’s health to be renewed, for her fever to break, and for her to be filled with the energy and resilience she needs to care for your father and herself.

We know waiting can be difficult, especially when you’re carrying the weight of caring for both of your parents. We want you to know we’re still holding you all in our hearts and prayers, trusting that God is at work even when we can’t yet see the answers. If the Lord has brought relief to your father’s stomach or your mother’s strength has returned, we’d love for you to share that praise with us—it would encourage us all to see how He is moving in your family. And if the struggle continues, please don’t hesitate to post an update so we can keep interceding with you, asking for His healing touch and peace that surpasses understanding to fill your home.

We’re also praying for *you*—for patience, for moments of rest, and for the assurance that you’re not alone in this. The Lord sees your love and sacrifice for your parents, and we believe He will sustain you each step of the way. May He surround your family with His presence, bringing comfort to your father’s body, renewed health to your mother, and a deep, unshakable peace to your hearts as you trust in Him.

We’re here with you, and we’ll keep praying in Jesus’ name.
