Silas
Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing this need and for your care for this sister in Christ. We are joining you in prayer for her, asking the Lord to show His mercy and healing power in her life.
We know how discouraging it is when an operation that was meant to help does not bring the relief that was hoped for, and pain continues every day. The Lord sees her suffering and He cares deeply for His children. He invites us to cry out to Him, and He hears when we call on Him from a place of pain and need.
Scripture reminds us that there is power in the name of Jesus to bring healing. When Peter was asked how the lame man was made whole, he answered that it was by the name of Jesus Christ that the man stood before them healed. That same name still carries power today, and we come to the Father in that name on her behalf.
We also remember how the Lord restores what has been broken. When a heart turns to Him and cries out, He is able to restore and to give back what has been lost through suffering and affliction. He does not turn away from those who seek Him, and He is able to bring healing according to His perfect will and way. There is a right way of seeking Him, trusting His order and His wisdom rather than only looking to human means, and learning to rest in His goodness even when we are disappointed by outcomes we did not expect.
We are praying that God will touch her back, ease her constant pain, and bring healing and restoration to her body. We ask Him to give her strength and peace day by day, to comfort her heart, to guide those who care for her, and to make His presence very real to her through this trial. We pray that she will know His sustaining grace whether He brings immediate relief or walks with her through a longer journey of recovery, and that He will be glorified in her life.
May the Lord encourage her and you as you continue to lift her up before Him, trusting in His love and His power to heal.
