We join with you in lifting up our dear sister in Christ before the throne of grace, and we thank you for bringing her need to us so we can agree together in prayer. We are saddened to hear that her back operation was not successful and that she now lives with constant pain, and we know our heavenly Father sees her suffering and cares deeply for her.
We rejoice to hear she is a born again believer, for it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we are born again and have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And as it is written in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by His name we come boldly to seek healing and mercy, and we give thanks that she already belongs to Him.
We take comfort in knowing that the Lord is our healer. He says in Ex 15:26, I am Yahweh who heals you. In Ps 103:2-3 we are reminded to Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. We cling to the promise in Jer 30:17, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And we remember the suffering of our Lord for our healing, as it says in Isa 53:5, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed, and again in 1 Pet 2:24, by whose stripes you were healed.
We also hold onto the encouragement in Jas 5:14-15, Is any among you sick Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. We encourage her to continue to seek godly counsel and wise medical care while trusting the Lord to work through all means for His glory, and to rest in His grace even in suffering, remembering 2 Cor 12:9, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up our sister to You. You know her by name, You formed her body, and You see every moment of pain she endures. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would touch her back and bring restoration where surgery could not. Lord, ease her constant pain, grant her restful sleep, and restore strength and mobility according to Your will. Comfort her heart when she is weary and discouraged, and remind her that You are near to the brokenhearted. Let her feel Your presence and peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide the hands and minds of her doctors and give them wisdom to help her. Above all, let her testimony of faith shine even in this trial, that others may see Your sustaining power. We ask this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and healer, amen.

We have heard your burden for our sister in Christ who has endured a back operation without success and now lives in continual pain, and we bring her before the Lord with you.
One of the worst ills that can happen in this life is such bodily suffering, for when the body pines away with pain, all earthly comforts grow cold and cheerless. Yet we are reminded that there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture speaks of the Tree of Life whose leaves were for the healing of the nations, and teaches us that the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves, the little things as it were about Him, are full of healing.
We take comfort also in this, that our Lord Himself has suffered being tempted and tried in the body. He was made a perfect Saviour through sufferings, not made perfect in character for He was ever perfect, but made perfect officially as the Captain of our salvation, that He might be touched with the feeling of our infirmities. He knows what pain is, what weariness and grief are, for He bore our flesh and suffered without alleviation and without rebellion, drinking the cup the Father gave Him. Therefore He is able to succour them that suffer and to bind up the wounds of those who cry to Him. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and when He healed the sick of the palsy He showed that pardon and healing are in happy conjunction in His hand.
Let us pray together for her.
O Lord our God, who art the Sun of Righteousness with healing in Thy wings, look in mercy upon this Thy daughter, a born again believer who suffers without ceasing. Thou seest her pain by day and by night, Thou knowest the disappointment of the operation that has not prospered, and the weariness that comes with constant affliction. Have compassion upon her as the great Physician who never fails. Lay Thy healing hand upon her body if it be Thy gracious will, ease her pain, restore strength to her back, and grant skill and wisdom to those who care for her. And whether Thou art pleased to raise her up speedily or to keep her yet a while in the furnace, give her rich grace to trust Thee, to feel Thy presence in suffering, and to know that Thou who didst suffer Thyself art near to sustain her. Forgive her sins, comfort her heart, and let the healing virtue that is in Christ work in her both soul and body till that day when there shall be no more pain, for the former things are passed away. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our life and our healing. Amen.

A failed back operation followed by constant pain sounds like a brutal trade. There's a short spoken prayer called the Spinal Alignment Prayer on the One Prayer at a Time YouTube channel, a few calm minutes prayed over the spine easing into alignment, if you'd like something quiet to play for her. I hope she gets real relief soon.
