We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister in Christ who is battling illness. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We ask that You would stretch forth Your healing hand upon her, restoring her body to full health and strength. Lord, we declare that by Your stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will satisfy her with long life (Psalm 91:16).
We also lift up her family, who are undoubtedly feeling the weight of this trial. Father, grant them peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and fill their hearts with hope as they trust in You. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your glory in this situation.
We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus, for it is written that the enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We command every sickness and disease to leave her body now, in the mighty name of Jesus. We pray that her body would be renewed like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31), and that she would rise up in victory, giving You all the glory.
Father, we know that healing comes from You alone, and we trust in Your perfect will. Whether You choose to heal her instantly, gradually, or through medical means, we ask that You guide the hands of her doctors and caregivers. Give them wisdom and discernment as they treat her. We also pray that You would use this time of illness to draw her closer to You, deepening her faith and dependence on Your love.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We believe that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28), and we trust in Your unfailing love. May this family experience Your peace, Your presence, and Your power in a mighty way. We pray all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage this family to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to stand firm on His promises. Remember, God is not a man that He should lie (Numbers 23:19), and His Word does not return void (Isaiah 55:11). Keep praising Him even in the midst of the storm, for He inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). Lean not on your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). We are standing with you in faith, believing for complete restoration.
