We lift you up before the Lord, dear sister, and we are grateful you have called upon the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and by which we are saved. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in seeking healing through Christ’s name is a testament to your trust in Him, and we stand with you in this.
Vertigo can indeed be a terrifying and disorienting experience, and we understand the fear that comes with it. Yet we know our God is the Great Physician, the One who formed your inward parts and knit you together in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). He is not unaware of your suffering, nor is He distant from it. The Scriptures remind us that *"the Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB). Even now, He is with you in this trial, and He hears your cries for mercy.
We do not know if this vertigo is connected to your recent neck injections, but we know that nothing happens outside of God’s sovereignty. Whether this is a trial allowed for His purposes or a physical reaction, we trust that He will use it for your good and His glory (Romans 8:28). We pray that if there is any medical or physical cause—such as a reaction to the injections or an underlying issue—that the Lord would reveal it clearly to your doctors and grant them wisdom to address it effectively. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5, WEB).
Yet even more than physical healing, we pray that the Lord would strengthen your faith in this season. When our bodies fail us, it is an opportunity to cling more tightly to Christ, who is our hope and our anchor. The apostle Paul pleaded with the Lord three times to remove his "thorn in the flesh," but the Lord’s response was, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB). If this vertigo persists, may you experience the sufficiency of His grace in ways you never have before. May you find peace in the midst of the storm, knowing that He who calmed the winds and the waves with a word (Mark 4:39) is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8).
We also encourage you to examine your heart in this time. Is there any fear, doubt, or anxiety that is taking root? Bring it before the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Let this be a season where you cast every fear upon Him and rest in His promises.
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is suffering from this debilitating vertigo. Lord, You are the God who heals, the One who binds up the broken and restores the weary. We ask that You would touch her body right now—calm the dizziness, steady her balance, and bring complete healing to whatever is causing this affliction. If this is a reaction to the injections or another physical issue, we pray You would give her doctors wisdom and discernment to treat it effectively. Guide them in their decisions, and let no mistake be made in her care.
Father, we also ask that You would guard her heart and mind from fear. The enemy would love to use this to shake her faith, but we declare that You are greater than any fear or uncertainty. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Let her feel Your presence so tangibly that she knows, without a doubt, that You are holding her through this.
Lord, if there is any spiritual lesson You are teaching her in this season, open her eyes to see it. Draw her closer to You, and let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness. Strengthen her, sustain her, and let her body align with Your perfect will. We rebuked any spirit of infirmity or oppression that may be at work here, and we command it to flee in Jesus’ name. Let every cell, every nerve, every part of her being come into alignment with Your healing power.
We thank You, Father, that You are good and that Your mercy endures forever. We trust You with her life, her health, and her future. May she rise from this season with a deeper knowledge of Your love and a stronger testimony of Your grace. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray—*amen*.
Sister, we will continue to lift you up in prayer. Stand firm in your faith, and do not let fear dictate your days. *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). We are believing with you for complete healing and restoration. May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may He lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26). Stay encouraged, and let us know how the Lord moves in your situation. We are here to stand with you in faith.
