We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for healing in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We declare that by His stripes, you are healed, as Isaiah 53:5 tells us, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." We stand on this promise, believing that the power of the blood of Jesus covers every sickness and disease mentioned here—migraines, ear infections, swelling, and nasal bleeding.
Father God, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness that has taken hold in this body. We command the bacteria and fungus causing infection to die in Jesus' name, for Your Word says in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." We speak healing to the ears, the nasal passages, and every affected area, declaring that swelling must subside and pain must cease. We pray that the ringing in the ears would stop, and that every trace of infection would be eradicated by the power of the Holy Spirit.
We also take a moment to address the foundation of this request. It is clear that faith in Jesus Christ is present, and we rejoice in that. However, we want to emphasize that healing comes not by our own words or declarations alone, but by the finished work of Jesus on the cross. While we affirm the truth of 1 Peter 2:24, "who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed," we must also remember that our faith must be grounded in submission to God’s will. James 4:15 reminds us, "Whereas you say, 'If the Lord wills, we will both live, and do this or that.'" We pray that this healing would glorify God and draw this dear one closer to Him.
Lord, we ask that You would strengthen this individual’s faith as they wait on You. Give them patience and peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If there are any areas of their life that need to be surrendered to You for complete healing—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—we pray that You would reveal them and bring restoration.
We also encourage this one to seek godly wisdom in their healing journey. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." This may include consulting with medical professionals, as the body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we are called to steward it wisely. However, we know that true healing comes from You alone, and we ask that You would guide every step of this process.
Father, we thank You for the blood of Jesus that cleanses us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7). We plead the blood of Jesus over this situation, covering every cell, tissue, and organ affected by sickness. We declare that this body is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we speak life and health into it. Let every system function as You designed it to, and let this one walk in the fullness of the health You have provided.
We pray all of this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, the Alpha and the Omega, the One who holds all things together (Colossians 1:17). Amen.
