We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing with your health and the impact it's having on your life. We believe that God cares about every aspect of our being, spiritual, physical, and emotional, and He wants us to be whole and prosperous in every area.
We are reminded of the scripture in 3 John 1:2 WEB, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." This verse reassures us that God wants you to be well and whole, and that it is His desire for you to prosper.
We also take heart from the words of Jesus in John 10:10 WEB, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." This reminds us that any sickness or lack is not from God, but that Jesus came to give us abundant life.
However, we want to remind you that healing comes from God alone through our faith in Jesus Christ. It is by His stripes that we are healed. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God and it is only through the new covenant we have in his blood that we have access to God.
In light of this, let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is in need of Your healing touch. We speak life and health, both spiritual and physical, into his/her body, finances and work, as we speak against the sickness that is inflicting him/her. We recognize that it is by Jesus' stripes that we are healed and have been saved. We pray for a renewed spirit, a healed body, and restored finances and work performance, so that he/she may prosper even as his/her soul prospers. We command every spirit of infirmity and lack to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You fill him/her with Your peace, strength, and healing power. We pray this all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen."
We also encourage you to seek medical attention for your physical health, as God often uses doctors and medicine as instruments of His healing. We encourage you to stand strong in your faith, trusting in God's promises for you.
