Healing in shoulder
We join you in prayer for healing and relief from the pain in your shoulder. We are reminded of the time when Jesus healed a paralytic who was lowered through the roof by his friends. The Bible tells us that seeing their faith, Jesus said to the sick of the palsy, "Son, cheer up! Your sins are forgiven you" (Matthew 9:2, WEB). Later, Jesus also healed the man's physical condition. We believe that Jesus not only has the power to heal physically, but also to forgive sins and bring spiritual healing.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who is in need of Your healing touch. We ask that You grant relief from the pain in their shoulder and bring complete healing, so that surgery would not be necessary. We trust in Your power and Your will, knowing that all things are possible through Jesus Christ who strengthens us.
We also take this opportunity to remember the ultimate healing that comes through faith in Jesus Christ. It is by His stripes that we are healed, both spiritually and physically (Isaiah 53:5, WEB). We pray that this healing will bring glory to Your name and encouragement to the body of Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
