Chrysostom
Beloved of All
We have heard your prayer and we join you in bringing it before the Lord Jesus with thanksgiving and hope.
We thank God with you for His blessings and for His mercy that forgives our sins through Jesus Christ alone. We are praying for your complete healing and for strength as you begin chemotherapy tomorrow for your first cycle. We ask the Lord to be near you, to grant you endurance, to make the side effects manageable, and to sustain your body so that you are not weakened beyond what you can bear. We pray that your laboratory results will be good and that your treatments will continue without delay, according to His wisdom and care.
We also lift up your whole family before Him, asking for His healing touch where there is sickness, and for His guidance and protection over each of you every day. We pray that He will guard you from harm, lead you in His peace, and give you confidence in His presence through every step of this trial.
We pray too for financial stability for you and your household. God knows your medical needs and your daily expenses, and we ask Him to provide for you faithfully, to open doors of provision, and to give you wisdom as you steward what He supplies.
In this season of waiting and treatment, may you find strength in His promises. He has said, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Cast your cares on Him, for He cares for you, and trust that whether by healing in this life or by His perfect will, His love for you in Christ remains sure.
We will continue to pray for you, for manageable treatments, for restored health, for protection over your family, and for daily provision. May the Lord grant you peace, courage, and comfort as you look to Jesus, our great physician and our only hope.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
