Healing From Urinary Pain

I have urinary pain for the past ### days which I thought is a urinary infection but the doctors said there is no infection or bacteris in the urine. I wonder why I still have the symptoms of urinary infection. It is totally affecting my social and personal pain and I am going through a lot of pain every day.
