Healing From Urinary Pain

I have urinary pain for the past 11 days which i though is a urinary infection but the doctors said there is no infection or bacteris in the urine.I wonder why i still have the symptoms of urinary infection.It is totally affecting my social and personal pain and am goin through lot of pain everyday.
