We have heard your heart and we are standing with you in prayer during this season of turmoil. We understand that feeling of wondering if you are not meant to have anything good and feeling as though God is ignoring you, especially when you have usually walked closely with Him. We want to gently rebuke that lie from the enemy, because it does not align with the truth of who God is. He is not ignoring you. His word says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Psalm 34:17 and Yahweh's eyes are toward the righteous, and his ears listen to their cry. Psalm 34:15. Even when we do not feel His presence, He has promised Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. His thoughts toward you are not to withhold good from you, for I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 and Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights. James 1:17.
We also noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved. Romans 10:9. We encourage you to bring every prayer before God in the name of Jesus, trusting that His sacrifice has opened the way for you to be heard and loved as His child.
We are praying for your healing from turmoil and for your mental health. God does not want you to live in anxiety or despair. He invites us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We pray that He will keep you in perfect peace as your mind stays steadfast on Him, for You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you. Isaiah 26:3. We rebuke the spirit of fear and hopelessness over you, for God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. We know that even this difficult season can be used for good, for We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.
We lift up your need for income before the Lord. He knows your needs and He is your provider. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. We pray that you would seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness and trust that all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33, and that you would walk in diligence, for Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23.
We also pray for your desire for a relationship, and we want to encourage you biblically in this area. God designed marriage as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh. Genesis 2:24. We pray not simply for a relationship or a partner, but for a godly spouse if it is His will, for Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of Yahweh. Proverbs 18:22. We encourage you to pursue courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer, and not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. 2 Corinthians 6:14. If God brings a spouse into your life, we urge you to honor Him by pursuing purity, for this is the will of God, your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4. Sex before or outside of marriage is fornication and does not honor God, and any same sex relationship is outside of His design for marriage. We pray that any relationship He leads you into would be centered on Christ and lead toward a marriage that glorifies Him.
We pray together for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You on behalf of this dear one who is weary from turmoil. Lord, we ask You to heal their heart and mind, to lift the heaviness and the lie that they are not meant for good things or that You are ignoring them. Let them feel Your nearness and know that You hear every cry. Provide for their financial needs according to Your riches, open doors for honest work and provision, and give them wisdom and diligence. Guard their mental health with Your perfect peace that surpasses understanding, renew their mind and restore joy and hope. And Father, if it is Your will, bring a godly spouse into their life, a marriage that honors You, rooted in purity, faith, and lifelong commitment. Draw them ever closer to Jesus, that they may pray with confidence through His name and walk in the fullness of Your love. We trust Your good plans for their future and thank You for being faithful. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
