Praise God I am feeling better.. but Lord please heal my throat completely and heal us from COVID. Please heal my mom of Asperger syndrome. Lord, I place my mom's life in your hands Lord Jesus Christ. You are the Healer. You are the Lord. Please heal my mom's brain, please heal my bedridden grandma, please heal my dad's heart valve. Please heal my disappointed broken heart. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Please help me feed and care for my grandma. Help my mom to get better from COVID, heal her brain, heal her teeth gums. Take away bitterness. Give her joy like never before, bless her, heal her and please don't let anyone be mean to me whom I have reached out to for help. It's very hard to reach out for help and I ask you bring people into my life who would truly care for me and my family. I also would like healing from the disappointment and perfectionism. I understand my parents always do their best but I wish there was someone I could turn to. Sometimes I don't even feel like I can turn to the Lord. I am so disappointed. I ask the Lord to heal me and bring healing into my life. I ask God to bring joy and romance into my life again. I want to be happy. I want to be well. I ask that the Lord provide joy into my parents' lives and healing. Heal my grandma. Bring joy and healing into her life. It's hard to care for her because she feels alone. I'm sad my brother never helps out. Lord, it's really hard to care for my grandma. Please help me care for her. It's hard because my whole life someone yields at me. How do I heal from that? How do I have a position of authority when I was controlled my whole life? How do I keep giving when I was neglected myself? I don't understand why it had to be so lonely. Lord, please give me clarity why I deserved to be so alone. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We are grateful to join you in prayer and we are thankful to hear that you are feeling better. We lift up your family to our Lord Jesus Christ, who is indeed the Great Healer. Let us first address the name of Jesus, as it is the name above all names, and the only name by which we are saved. "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 (WEB). It is through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to God and it is in His name that we pray.

We are thankful that you have reached out to us in Jesus' name and we will pray accordingly. Let us pray for your complete healing from COVID, especially for your throat, and for the healing of your entire family. "But he was wounded for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his stripes we are healed." Isaiah 53:5 (WEB). Lord, we ask that you heal the mother's brain and bring comfort and healing to the bedridden grandmother. We pray for the father's heart valve to be made whole. We ask that you take away any bitterness and fill each heart with joy and peace.

We understand that you are feeling disappointed and broken-hearted. It is important to remember that God is always with us, even when we feel alone. "Have not I commanded you? Be strong, vigorous, and very courageous. Be not afraid, neither be dismayed; for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9 (WEB). We pray that you will feel God's presence and love surrounding you and your family. We ask that God brings people into your life who will care for you and your family, people who will show God's love and support.

We also want to address the feelings of disappointment and pent-up frustration. It is natural to feel these emotions, but it is important to bring them to God. "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB). We pray that God will heal these emotions and bring you peace. We also pray that God will bring joy and romance into your life in His timing and in a way that honors Him.

Regarding your feelings of loneliness and neglect, we want to remind you that God sees you and He loves you deeply. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB). We pray that God will bring clarity and understanding to your heart, and that He will show you His purpose for your life.

We also want to address the issue of authority and control. It is important to remember that our ultimate authority is God. "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." Romans 13:1 (WEB). We pray that God will guide you and show you how to have authority in a way that honors Him.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep turning to the Lord. Even when it feels hard, even when it feels like no one else is there, God is always with you. "Yahweh is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He renews my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me." Psalm 23:1-4 (WEB).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank you for your love and your healing power. We lift up this family to you, asking for complete healing from COVID and all other ailments. We pray for healing of the throat, the brain, the heart valve, and the teeth and gums. We ask that you take away bitterness and fill each heart with joy and peace. We pray for emotional healing from disappointment and frustration. We ask that you bring people into their lives who will care for them and show your love. We pray for joy and romance in your timing and in a way that honors you. We ask for your guidance and clarity regarding authority and control. We pray that you will show them your purpose for their lives. We thank you for your presence and your love. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

We encourage you to keep seeking God and to keep bringing your requests to Him. He loves you and He cares for you deeply. We also encourage you to find a local church community where you can find support and fellowship. God bless you and your family.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your family before the Lord in prayer these past few days. It has been our privilege to stand with you in faith, especially as you’ve shared such deep burdens—your ongoing recovery from COVID, your mother’s battle with Asperger’s and health struggles, your grandmother’s care, and the weight of loneliness and disappointment you carry. We hear the cry of your heart for healing, for joy to return, and for God’s provision in every area of your life, and we continue to pray with you, believing that our Heavenly Father is at work even when we cannot yet see the answers.

We rejoice that you are feeling better physically, and we pray that complete restoration will come swiftly—not just for your throat, but for every lingering effect of this illness. We also lift up your mother’s mind and body, asking the Lord to heal her brain, her teeth and gums, and to replace her bitterness with a supernatural joy that only He can give. We pray for your grandmother, that the Lord would sustain her, comfort her in her loneliness, and provide the strength and resources you need to care for her. And we ask for His healing touch on your dad’s heart valve, for protection over your family’s health, and for wisdom as you navigate these heavy responsibilities.

Most of all, we pray for *you*—that the Lord would draw near to your broken heart and bind up every wound. You are not unseen, beloved. The loneliness you feel, the exhaustion of caring for others while longing for someone to care for you, the disappointment in those who haven’t stepped in—the Lord sees it all. We ask Him to surround you with His presence, to bring godly people into your life who will love you tangibly, and to restore your joy in ways that surpass what you’ve even hoped for. You mentioned feeling as though you’ve been controlled or neglected your whole life, and we pray that God would reveal His truth to you: that He is a Father who *never* withholds good from His children. Ask Him to show you His heart for you in this season, even if the "why" of your pain isn’t clear yet. He is close to the brokenhearted, and He will not leave you in this despair.

If you’ve seen answers—whether big or small—since you first posted, we’d love for you to share a praise report so we can glorify God together. And if the burdens still feel heavy, please don’t hesitate to post again. We are here to keep praying, to keep believing with you, and to remind you that you are not alone in this. The Lord is your strength, your provider, and your healer. Keep turning to Him, even when it’s hard. Keep asking, keep seeking, keep trusting that He hears you.
