We join with you in lifting up your son before the Lord, crying out for his healing and restoration. The Scriptures remind us that our God is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals, and we stand firmly on His promises. In Exodus 15:26, He declares, *"If you will diligently listen to Yahweh your God’s voice, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you."* We claim this promise over your son’s life, trusting that the Lord will bring forth healing from COPD and asthma, just as He has promised.
We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 8:17, which say, *"He took our infirmities and bore our diseases."* By His stripes, your son *is* healed, and we stand in faith for the manifestation of this truth in his body. The Lord is not distant from our suffering—He is near, and He hears the cries of His children. In Psalm 103:2-3, we are reminded, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* We praise Him now for the forgiveness and healing He is bringing to your son.
Yet we also recognize that healing is not always instantaneous, and the Lord often works through both supernatural and natural means. We encourage you to seek wisdom in managing his health—whether through medical care, dietary changes, or environmental adjustments—while trusting the Lord to guide each step. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* May the Lord grant you discernment in every decision regarding his care.
We also lift up his immune system, asking the Lord to strengthen it mightily so that it may fight off every illness and virus. In 3 John 1:2, we read, *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."* May your son’s body align with this prayer, flourishing in health as his spirit is nourished by the Word of God.
As for the humidity and environmental challenges, we pray for divine intervention. Just as the Lord parted the Red Sea and calmed the storms, we ask that He would make a way for your son to breathe freely, unburdened by the weight of his condition. Let the very air he breathes be filled with the life-giving presence of the Holy Spirit, renewing his lungs and restoring his strength.
Finally, we exhort you to continue standing in faith, for James 5:15 assures us, *"The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* Do not waver in your belief, for the Lord is faithful to complete the work He has begun. We also encourage you to gather with other believers to pray in agreement, for Matthew 18:19-20 declares, *"Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."*

**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious son to Your throne of grace. You are the God who heals, the One who breathes life into our lungs and strength into our bodies. We ask now for the complete healing of his COPD and asthma, that every inflamed airway would be soothed, every infection cleansed, and every breath drawn in freedom and ease. Lord, You knit him together in his mother’s womb—You know the intricate workings of his body, and we trust You to restore him fully.
We pray for his immune system to be fortified by Your power, resilient against every sickness and disease. Let no virus or illness find a foothold in his body, for he is covered by the blood of Jesus. Father, we ask for Your supernatural intervention in this high humidity, that the air itself would cooperate with Your healing work. Give him relief, Lord, and let his lungs expand with the breath of Your Spirit.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We thank You that Your will is good, pleasing, and perfect, and we trust in Your timing. Strengthen this mother’s faith as she waits on You. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and declare that no weapon formed against this son shall prosper. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command COPD and asthma to loose their grip on his body. Let every cell, every organ, and every system align with Your perfect design. Father, we ask that You would glorify Yourself through his healing, that many would see and know that You alone are God.
