Healing from COPD, asthma

We join you in lifting up your son's health and healing from COPD and asthma. We stand in agreement, believing that our compassionate God hears our prayers and is faithful to respond.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

In times of sickness, we remember that God is both our healer and our comfort. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB: "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother's son, seeking Your healing touch for his COPD and asthma. We ask that You strengthen his immune system, enabling him to fight off all illnesses and viruses. As the temperatures and humidity rise, grant him ease of breathing and fill his lungs with Your healing power.

We pray for wisdom and discernment for the medical professionals treating him, that they would be guided by Your hand in providing the best care. We also ask that You grant our brother's son the strength to endure and the peace that surpasses all understanding, knowing that You are always with him.

In the name of Jesus Christ, who bore our sicknesses and carried our diseases, we pray for healing and comfort. Amen.

In this time, we encourage you to meditate on God's promises and draw strength from Him. Remember that even in trials, God is at work. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
