Healing from Cancer and other situations

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, I have been undergoing radiation treatments for prostate cancer for several weeks now and the side effects are increasing - extreme fatigue, and a nasty sore throat that won't go away. The doctors are a bit puzzled about that. 

Also, my car has become unsafe to drive due to rust (I live in NY where they use salt on the roads during the winter) and I'm trying to buy another, but don't have a lot of money to spend.

Please pray that my health will improve and that GOD can heal what the doctors can't. Also pray that whatever decision I make regarding a car will turn out well, with HIS blessings.
