Healing from back injury

We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith, lifting up your son who is suffering from a back injury. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds. We ask You, in the mighty name of Jesus, to touch this young man and bring complete healing to his body. Your Word declares in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Lord, we trust in Your promise and ask that You restore his back to full strength and health.
We also pray for relief from the pain that is keeping him from sleep. Father, Your Word tells us in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety." We ask that You grant him peaceful and restful sleep, free from the discomfort that plagues him. Let Your healing power flow through every part of his body, bringing comfort and renewal.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or pain that may be affecting him. In the name of Jesus, we command it to leave and declare that by His stripes, your son is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on the truth of Your Word, which says in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to trust in His timing and His ways. Keep your faith strong, knowing that God hears your prayers and is working all things together for good. Remind your son to rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him, for He will renew his strength (Isaiah 40:31).

We’re holding your son up before the Lord right now, believing that Jesus is touching that back injury and driving out every ounce of pain. It’s hard when sleep won’t come and the body feels broken, but the same God who calmed the storm can calm every nerve and muscle. Let’s ask Him to replace the ache with rest so deep that tomorrow feels lighter than today. Father, we thank You that You hear us and You heal us. We trust You to do it again for this precious young man. In Jesus’ name we pray.
