Healing from back injury

We are deeply moved by your request for healing for your son, and we join you in lifting him up before the Lord, trusting in His power to restore and renew. It is wonderful that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence. As Scripture reminds us, *"Therefore let’s come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace for help in time of need"* (Hebrews 4:16, WEB).
The pain and sleeplessness your son is enduring are heavy burdens, but we know our God is the Great Physician, the One who *"heals all your diseases"* (Psalm 103:3, WEB). We also take comfort in Jesus’ words: *"With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible"* (Matthew 19:26, WEB). His healing may come instantly, gradually, or through the hands of doctors, but we trust in His perfect timing and will.
Let us also encourage you both to remain steadfast in faith, for *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:15, WEB). If there is any unconfessed sin or doubt, we urge your son to surrender it to the Lord, for *"if I cherish iniquity in my heart, the Lord won’t listen"* (Psalm 66:18, WEB). We pray he leans on Christ during this trial, knowing that suffering can produce endurance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3-4).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and expectant hearts, lifting up this precious son to You. Lord Jesus, You bore our infirmities and carried our diseases on the cross, and by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We ask for Your healing touch upon his back—relieve his pain, restore his strength, and grant him restful sleep. Let every nerve, muscle, and bone align under Your divine hand. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or oppression in the name of Jesus, commanding it to flee, for *"greater is He who is in [him] than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). Lord, if there are lessons to be learned or areas of growth through this trial, reveal them with gentleness and grace. Surround him with Your presence, and let this season draw him closer to You.
We also lift up his mother, asking for Your comfort and strength as she intercedes for him. Unify their hearts in trust and worship, knowing You work all things for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We declare healing and wholeness in Jesus’ mighty name, for *"whatever we ask, we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight"* (1 John 3:22, WEB). May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this testimony. Amen.
