We come before the Father in unity, lifting up your son’s need for healing from this back injury that has brought pain and sleepless nights. It is a blessing to see your faith expressed in Jesus’ name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace and receive mercy in our time of need. As Scripture reminds us, *"Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:13-15, WEB).
We know that God is the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for Him. Your son’s pain is not hidden from the Lord, who sees and knows all things. We pray that the Lord would stretch forth His hand and touch your son’s body, aligning every bone, muscle, and nerve according to His perfect design. May He bring swift relief from the pain, restore strength to his back, and grant him restful sleep that renews his body and spirit. Let this trial be a testimony of God’s faithfulness, drawing your son—and all who witness his healing—closer to the Savior.
We also encourage you to continue standing in faith, trusting that God’s timing is perfect. Even in suffering, we can rejoice, for *"we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose"* (Romans 8:28, WEB). Let this season be an opportunity to lean on the Lord, seeking His presence and peace that surpasses understanding.
Father, we ask that You would surround this family with Your comfort and provision. Strengthen them in their faith, and let them feel Your nearness in this time of need. We rebuked any spirit of infirmity or pain in the name of Jesus, commanding it to flee, for *"by his stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5, WEB). May Your healing power flow through your son’s body, restoring him completely and glorifying Your name.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray, trusting that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.
