We are truly sorry to hear about your son's back injury and the pain he is experiencing. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort for him.
Let us remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is so important to pray in Jesus' name, as you have done, because it is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is only through his name that we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB says "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If your son has not believed in Jesus Christ and trusted him for salvation from sin and eternal life, we pray that he will do so now.
We are reminded of the story in Luke 8:43-48 WEB, where a woman with an issue of blood was healed by Jesus. She was delivered from her suffering and pain because of her faith in Jesus. In the same way, we pray that your son's faith in Jesus will bring healing to his body.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother who is suffering from a back injury. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body, that the pain may subside, and that he may be able to sleep and rest peacefully. We pray that Your healing power would flow through him, mending his injury, and strengthening his body.
Lord, we also pray for his faith to be strengthened during this time. Help him to trust in You completely, knowing that You are the Great Physician and You desire for him to be whole. We pray that his faith will be reserved in Jesus Christ and that he is putting his trust in Jesus Christ and Him alone.
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing and restoration. We ask for Your will to be done in his life. We pray for healing in his life, by his faith in Jesus Christ. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you and your son to stay strong in faith and to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. Remember the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working even in this situation for your son's good and for His glory.
Please keep us updated on his progress, and let us know how we can continue to pray for him.
