We are truly sorry to hear about your dad's situation, but we are thankful that you have reached out to us for prayer and support.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always faithful and that Jesus Christ is the great physician, who can heal all our diseases. However, we should also remember the importance of seeking medical help when needed.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up our dear father to your throne of grace. We pray for your healing touch upon his teeth, and we ask that you guide him to the right doctor who can provide the best care. We trust in your provision, and we pray that you will meet his financial needs according to your riches in glory.
Father, we also pray for his salvation. We ask that you open his eyes to the truth of the gospel and that he may be born again. We pray that he may come to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and that he may receive the gift of eternal life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God, knowing that he is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us. Remember that it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
We also encourage you to remind your dad of God's love for him and to share the gospel with him. Tell him that God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
