We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious sister who is battling cancer, pneumonia, and now an infection in the ICU. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:2-3). We ask for Your mighty hand of healing to rest upon her, touching every cell, every organ, and every part of her body that is afflicted. Lord, we declare that by Your stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will restore her to full health.
We also pray for the medical team attending to her. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and skill as they care for her. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen her faith and remind her that You are with her, even in the valley of the shadow of death (Psalm 23:4). Let her feel Your presence and know that You are fighting for her.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of sickness and disease in the name of Jesus. We command every cancer cell, every infection, and every trace of pneumonia to leave her body now, in Jesus’ name. We declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and her body is designed to live and thrive. We speak life over her, for Your word says that life and death are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). We choose life for her today.
We also want to gently remind all who read this that healing comes from the Lord, and it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Lord, we trust You with this situation. We know that Your plans for her are for good and not for harm, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Whether You choose to heal her miraculously or through the hands of doctors, we know that You are in control. Give her family strength, comfort, and unwavering faith as they wait on You. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for moving on her behalf. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
