We stand with you in faith, lifting your husband before the Lord, declaring His healing power over his body. The Word of God is clear: *"By his stripes you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB). We claim this promise over your husband’s hearing, trusting that the same Jesus who opened the ears of the deaf (Mark 7:31-37) will restore him completely—not just for his comfort, but for God’s glory and service.
Yet we must also ask: Does your husband know the Healer personally? Healing is a gift from the Father, but salvation is the greater miracle. If your husband has not surrendered his life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to share the Gospel with him. *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through faith in Christ that we have access to the Father’s throne (Ephesians 2:18). Let this season of physical need draw him into the arms of the Savior, where true healing—body and soul—is found.
We also gently remind you that while we boldly declare healing, we must submit to God’s perfect will. The apostle Paul prayed three times for relief from his thorn in the flesh, yet the Lord answered, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB). Whether healing comes instantly, gradually, or in eternity, we trust that God’s plan is good. Your husband’s suffering is not wasted—it is an opportunity for Christ to be magnified in his life (John 9:3).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting this precious husband to Your throne of grace. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we ask that You touch his ears with Your restoring power. Remove every obstruction, repair every damaged cell, and let his hearing be made whole—so that he may hear Your Word clearly, serve You fully, and glorify Your name. Lord, if there is any unconfessed sin, any area of disobedience, or any lack of faith in his heart, we ask that You convict and cleanse him. Draw him closer to You, Jesus, that he may walk in righteousness and experience Your healing hand.
We rebuke every scheme of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy (John 10:10). By the authority of Christ, we command hearing to be restored in Jesus’ name. Let this testimony of healing bring others to faith, and let your husband’s life be a beacon of Your goodness.
Father, we also ask for strength for his wife as she stands in faith. Fill her with Your peace, remind her of Your promises, and let her trust in You be unshaken. May this trial deepen their reliance on You and unite them in prayer.
We thank You, Lord, for what You are doing—whether through miraculous healing or sustained grace. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray, **Amen.**
Stand firm in faith, sister. Keep speaking life over your husband, and trust that God is working—even when you cannot see it. *"Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen"* (Hebrews 11:1, WEB). We are praying with you!
