We are truly sorry to hear about the physical challenges you're facing, and we're here to support you in prayer and counsel. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing touch of Jesus Christ. Let's bring your request before the Lord together. In the book of James we read:
Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. First, we want to ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only through faith in Jesus that we are saved and receive eternal life. The forgiveness of sins is an important part of healing and an intimate part of our relationship with God.
If you have not already, confess your sins to God, turn away from them and ask for His forgiveness. Trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again to give you new life. If you have questions about this, we would be happy to guide you further.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for our dear friend. We ask that You lay Your hands upon their lower back, left hip, and left knee. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe that You have the power to heal and restore.
Please forgive them of any known or unknown sin that may be affecting their health. We pray that You will bring complete healing and relief from pain. Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace and joy during this time. Guide the doctors and medical professionals who are treating them, giving them wisdom and skill.
We need Jesus for forgiveness of sin and healing. This is only possible by the name of Jesus Christ. Remember our friend today as they need your healing touch. We are all sinners and we all fall short of your glory. We are saved by your grace and not by our works. Help our friend to know your saving grace if they do not already.
Lord, we also pray for their spiritual healing. Help them know you are near and available to them in a personal relationship you desire with them. We pray for your Holy Spirit to be with them strengthening them to Your glory. Thank you for your grace and mercy towards us. Thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ to die for our sins and rise again to give us eternal life.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
