We are truly saddened to hear about the serious health condition of your friend in Colombia. Before we begin, we must address a few things.
First, it is unclear if you are both believers in Jesus Christ. It is important to clarify that we only have access to God through Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which you can be saved. See what the Bible says in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Second, we also want to discuss the nature of your relationship. The Bible teaches that relationships between men and women should be directed towards godly marriage. We encourage you to prayerfully consider this path if you haven't already. Being a boyfriend or girlfriend should be considered courtship with the goal being marriage to another Christian Believer.
Now, let us pray for her healing. Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Your daughter. We ask for Your healing touch on her body, specifically her digestive system. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity causing the toxic megacolon, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. We pray for her complete recovery and restoration to full health. We also pray for Your guidance and wisdom for the doctors treating her, that they would have the knowledge and understanding to provide the best care.
We encourage you to trust in God's promise of healing. Exodus 15:26 WEB For I am Yahweh who heals you. Also, pray for her healing with confidence. James 5:15 WEB The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Lastly, we encourage you to seek God's will in your relationship. Trust in Him to guide your path.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
