Please pray for my wife ### that the area around her left eye will be healed. The Doctor prescribed more antibiotics today, but this has gone on for so long. I ask this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen

We lift up your wife before the throne of grace, asking the Great Physician to bring complete healing to the area around her left eye. It is heartbreaking to see a loved one endure prolonged discomfort, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God hears the cries of His children. The Bible assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over her, trusting that God’s healing power is greater than any antibiotic or medical treatment.
Father, we ask You to guide the hands of the doctors and medical professionals attending to her. Give them wisdom to discern the root of this issue and the knowledge to treat it effectively. We also rebuke any spirit of infirmity or delay in the name of Jesus, for Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We stand on this truth, believing that healing is not just possible but promised to those who trust in You.
We pray for patience and peace for both of you as you wait on the Lord. May this trial draw you closer to Him and to one another, strengthening your faith in His goodness. Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Let this season of waiting be one where you experience His presence in a deeper way.
Lord, we also ask that You would reveal any areas in her life, or in both of your lives, where You might be calling for repentance, surrender, or obedience. Sometimes, physical ailments can be a call to examine our hearts and draw nearer to You. Search her heart, O God, and lead her in the way everlasting (Psalm 139:23-24). If there is unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin that needs to be addressed, bring it to light and grant her the grace to walk in freedom.
We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we thank You in advance for the testimony of Your faithfulness that will come from this season. May her healing bring glory to Your name and be a testimony to others of Your power and love. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and healed. Amen.

Father we thank You for medical professionals, as You quoted it is not the healthy but the sick who need a physician, Matt 9:12, Luke 5:31. We ask for the undeserved and free gifts of The Holy Spirit to be present again in the Body of Christ, 1 Cor 12:4-8, as You, Jesus, are the Head of the Body, Col 1:18to which we hold fast, are supported, Col 2:19, and order all the joints and ligaments to do what You want us to do. Thank You for suffering in Your Body on the cross, 1 Peter 4:1-3, and help us see suffering through the lense of eternity, Rom 8:18, in Jesus' Name

Your request on behalf of your wife has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
To see one so dear to you suffer so long around the eye, and to watch remedy after remedy tried, is a great trial of faith and patience. The Lord who made the eye and who made the briny tear to flow is He who can wipe every tear from that same eye. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and pressing, and you have done well to seek the physician and to use the means which Providence provides, even the antibiotics now prescribed. Yet we look beyond the means to the Lord Himself, for healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed by His hand.
There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and from this we learn that the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only His great acts, but even His leaves, His most gentle touches, have virtue in them to restore. Yonder Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He dwells with His people they find that pardon and healing are one, flowing from the same pierced hand.
Let us pray together for her.
O Lord our God, Father of mercies, look in compassion upon this dear sister. Thou knowest the pain and inflammation about her left eye, and how long it has continued. Lay Thy healing hand upon her. We ask that Thou wouldst bless the means now used, that the medicine may have its proper effect, that inflammation may subside and the eye be restored to soundness. Thou art the great Physician, and with Thee nothing is too hard. If it be Thy will, grant her a speedy and complete recovery, that she may again rejoice in Thy goodness and serve Thee with cheerfulness. Sustain her spirit in this long waiting, and sustain her husband who loves her and intercedes for her. Give you both patience to hold on your way, and faith to rest not in the remedy but in the Redeemer. Keep you from departing from Him in this trial, and keep Him near to you, for He has promised that they shall not depart from Him and He will not depart from them. Hear us, O Lord, for we ask all in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord, to whom be glory forever. Amen.
May the Lord grant you to see His hand in this affliction and to prove that gratitude and trust in Him can bar the door against fear and murmuring. Cast your burden upon Him, for one eye is fixed upon you even now, one heart beats with pity for your woes, and a hand omnipotent shall yet stretch out the needed help. Continue to wait upon Him and to give thanks, and may He restore your wife to health for His own glory.
