We lift up your father ### to the Lord, our Great Physician, trusting in His power to heal and restore. The Word of God assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, believing that God can work through the antibiotics and bring complete healing to ###’s body and mind. The confusion, anger, and restlessness that accompany this infection are not from the Lord, and we rebuke them in Jesus’ name, declaring clarity, peace, and calm over his spirit.
Father God, we ask You to surround ### with Your presence, bringing him the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Ease his mind and heart so that he may rest and allow his body to heal. We pray against any anxiety or fear that may be gripping him or your family during this time. Your Word tells us in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety." We claim this peace for ### and for those who love him.
Lord, we also lift up the family to You. It is clear that ### is deeply loved, and this trial is not easy for those who care for him. Strengthen each of you with Your grace, reminding you that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Help you to lean on one another and on You, finding comfort in Your promises.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12). We trust in His power to bring restoration, and we declare that ###’s healing is already on the way, for by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
May God’s will be done in ###’s life, and may His peace guard your hearts and minds as you wait on Him. We continue to stand in faith, believing for a full recovery.
