Healing For My Eyes Please

Hi everyone, 

I'm asking prayer for my eyes. I've been praying for healing or help w/ my eyes for about 6 months now and never anything positive. My eyes are extremely dry, gritty and burning and although I'm on prescription medication, that isn't helping either. I'm at a complete and total loss as to what to do now. 

I almost beg God to help me and give me some relief for this problem but, nothing is working. I even try vitatmins for my eyes. I can't use eye drops bc it makes my eyes burn even more and, I don't know what he's trying to tell me. I'm not a candidate for lasik and i'd be way too nervous to get lasik anyways but, i've been considering going for ortho-k therapy but, there's a lot of negativity surrounding that so, i feel like i'm lost, not knowing what else to do, what else to try and wondering why God isn't helping me w/ this problem as it's continuously getting worse and my eyes hurt a lot.
