healing for my eye sight

Your cry for your wife and her eyesight has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord with you. We have lifted her up by name before our merciful God, asking Him who formed her inward parts and who brought her from not being into being to lay His healing hand upon her left eye and to restore her sight completely if it be His gracious will.

We pray to Jesus Christ alone, our only Savior and Healer, that He would show His power and compassion upon her. As you said, His Spirit brought Jesus back to life, and there is nothing impossible for the Father. We ask Him to flood her with His presence, to give wisdom to the doctors who have cared for her, to strengthen her body, and to grant her balance and sight again so that she may walk in confidence and return to the good work she loves, sewing blankets for the church and for those in need. That labor is a beautiful ministry to the saints, for every believer is a saint by faith, and to serve the least of them in love is to serve Christ Himself.

We know this long trial has been heavy, months of waiting after two surgeries and still not seeing. Scripture teaches us that blindness of the eyes is not itself an evil, for sin alone is truly evil, and the Lord is able to bring great good even through affliction. The man born blind received a greater sight within, and the Lord who allowed that blindness showed His glory through it. In the same way, we pray that whether the Lord restores her outward sight now or in His perfect timing, He will even now give her inward sight that is clear and bright, keeping her heart in peace and hope and drawing her and you closer to Himself. He who created her eyes has power to open them again.

Do not grow weary in praying and in seeking Him. As with medicine for the body, so with prayer, sometimes the fruit comes not after one cry but after many, and God who sees the root knows how each prayer is working for good. Continue to cry out to Him, to trust Him, to thank Him, and to rest in His love. We ask the King of Glory to comfort you both, to guard you from discouragement, to fill your home with His peace, and to make you both whole in Christ.

We will continue to pray with you, that Jesus Christ would have mercy, grant healing according to His perfect wisdom, and be glorified in your wife's life and in your faithful love for her.
