I’m asking you to kindly support me through prayer. God has been so good to me and has given me enough courage to apply to a university abroad after a couple of years of total apathy. While I have faith that God will provide for my needs, I’m asking you for a little support through prayer, so that I am able to find a decent job to fully support myself in a foreign land. I also pray I find affordable accomodation and most importantly, a decent, Spirit-filled church.
My issue is that I have a very restless mind along with some anxiety issues and it is virtually impossible for me to concentrate. My mind is constantly running “scripts†from the past and the future. This brings great uneasiness to many areas of my life. It is difficult for me to read the Bible or any book, to pray, or even have a conversation… all because I simply can’t live in the moment. Needless to say, the ability to concentrate and manage my time is even more important now as I’m about to begin my life as a new student.
