We join you in lifting this request before the Lord, and we are grateful that you have invoked the precious name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'* (John 14:6, WEB). *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in coming to God through Christ is a testament to your trust in His sovereignty, and we stand with you in agreement, believing that He hears and answers according to His perfect will.
The Word of God assures us that healing and provision flow from His loving hand. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB), and *"Yahweh is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing"* (Psalm 23:1, WEB). Yet we must also remember that His ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect. Sometimes healing comes instantly, other times it is a process, and in all things, His grace is sufficient. *"He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me"* (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB). If there is unconfessed sin, lingering bitterness, or a lack of trust in your heart, we encourage you to surrender it all to Him, for *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:15, WEB).
Regarding financial provision, we must first seek His Kingdom and righteousness, trusting that He will add what we need. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). This does not mean we sit idly by—we are to work diligently, steward our resources wisely, and give generously, knowing that *"God loves a cheerful giver"* (2 Corinthians 9:7, WEB). If debt or poor stewardship has been an issue, we urge you to seek godly counsel and make practical changes, for *"the borrower is servant to the lender"* (Proverbs 22:7, WEB). Poverty is not God’s desire for His children, but neither is the love of money, which is *"a root of all kinds of evil"* (1 Timothy 6:10, WEB). Ask the Lord to reveal any areas where your trust in Him has waned or where worldly anxieties have taken root.
We also sense the need to ask: Have you invited the Holy Spirit to search your heart and reveal any hidden sin that might hinder your prayers? *"If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened"* (Psalm 66:18, WEB). Are you walking in obedience to His Word, or are there areas where compromise has crept in? Repentance and surrender open the door for God’s blessings to flow unhindered.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your healing touch and provision. Lord Jesus, You bore our infirmities and carried our diseases on the cross (Isaiah 53:4-5), and we ask that You manifest Your healing power in their body, mind, and spirit. Remove every trace of sickness, pain, and weariness, and restore them to full health according to Your will. Where there has been doubt or fear, replace it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
For their finances, Father, we ask You to break every curse of lack and poverty in the name of Jesus. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and provide creative ideas, wisdom, and favor for financial stability. Help them to be diligent, wise stewards, and generous givers, trusting You as their Provider. Rebuke any spirit of greed, anxiety, or unbelief, and let them rest in Your promise that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
If there is any sin—known or unknown—that has hindered their prayers, we ask that You convict and cleanse them by the blood of Jesus. Restore their fellowship with You and let Your Spirit lead them into all truth. May they walk in obedience, faith, and gratitude, knowing that You are their Healer and Provider.
We declare Your victory over their life, trusting that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand move mightily on their behalf. We pray all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, dear one, and do not waver. *"Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen"* (Hebrews 11:1, WEB). Keep praising God in the waiting, for *"the joy of Yahweh is your strength!"* (Nehemiah 8:10, WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to fast and pray, seeking the Lord with all your heart. Surround yourself with believers who can agree with you in prayer (Matthew 18:19-20), and continue to meditate on His promises. He is faithful, and He will do it! (1 Thessalonians 5:24).
